  • Client scheduling, onboarding, and follow-up communication
  • Research, presentation prep, and organizing information so you can make decisions faster
  • Drafting and sending emails, newsletters, and social media content
  • Tech and platform management — whether that's Kajabi, your CRM, your website, or whatever tools run your business
  • Launch support and program delivery so your clients get a seamless experience
  • The day-to-day operational tasks that are easy but time-consuming and probably shouldn't be on your plate at all


If it lives in your business and keeps you from doing your best work, it’s fair game.
